Utility Rates - Effective April 1 2024

Quarterly Service Charge - $26.74

Water (per cubic meter) - $4.37

Wastewater (per cubic meter) - $1.05

Minimum Quarterly Charge - $102.62

Bulk Water Sales (per cubic meter) - $6.87

Water Billing:

Water meter readings and subsequent billings are billed quarterly - March, June, September, December

Payment:

e-transfer: utilities@rmofpipestone.com or visit the RM of Pipestone Office to pay by cash, debit or cheque. 

Unpaid amounts are subject to a 1.25% penalty in the amount of the bill and shall be charged if the account is not paid by the due date. Penalty is applied on the 1st of every month.
